Child Safety Standards

Last updated November 4, 2026

OurSparks is for adults 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We remove it immediately, ban the accounts involved, preserve evidence as the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the authorities.

How we prevent and detect it

Reporting

In the app, use the ⋯ menu on a post, or press and hold a comment, and choose Report. You can also email support@oursparks.app with "Child safety" in the subject. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.

You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement. We publish these standards as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
