Community Guidelines

• Real dates you went on, and honest advice from your relationship.
• Only your own photos and videos, or ones you have permission to use.
• People who appear in your post must be adults who agreed to be shown. Your partner approves every post before it goes public.

Never share

• Anything involving minors in a sexual, harmful or exploitative way. See our Child Safety Standards. We report it to NCMEC and the authorities.
• Nudity or sexual content, including suggestive images of intimate body parts, in the Couples feed or comments.
• Intimate images of anyone without their consent, anywhere in OurSparks.
• Harassment and bullying: insults, shaming, unwanted contact, mocking someone's body, relationship or identity.
• Hate: attacks on people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious illness.
• Violence and threats: threats, promoting violence, glorifying abuse, or content showing domestic violence as acceptable.
• Self-harm: content that encourages or instructs self-harm or suicide. If you see someone at risk, report it, and if they're in danger, contact local emergency services.
• Private information: addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or anyone's location, without permission.
• Spam and scams: ads, promotions, links to make money, asking for money, fake accounts, impersonation.
• Illegal activity, including selling drugs, weapons or regulated goods.
• Misleading content designed to deceive, including fake reviews of places.

Comments

Comment like you would to a couple sitting across from you. Disagree kindly. Anyone can report a comment, and you can delete your own.

Reporting and blocking

• Report a post from its ⋯ menu, or a comment by pressing and holding it, then choosing Report.
• Block someone to stop seeing their posts and comments.
• We review reports quickly, and urgent reports (threats, child safety, self-harm) first.
• You can also email support@oursparks.app.

How we enforce

• Images in the Couples feed are screened automatically, and reported content is reviewed by people.
• Depending on how serious it is, we remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts. Child safety violations, credible threats and non-consensual intimate images lead to an immediate ban and, where required, a report to the authorities.
• If you think we made a mistake, email us and we'll take another look.

Your private space

Your couple space is private to you and your partner. These rules still apply there to illegal content, child safety and abuse, and you can always report your partner or block them by unlinking.
