Delete your account

You can delete your OurSparks account and data at any time.

In the app

1. Open OurSparks and tap your profile in the bottom-right corner.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Want a copy first? In the same place, tap Download my data.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@oursparks.app from the email on your account with "Delete my account" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in.
• Your content: answers, messages, notes, photos, videos, voice notes, memories, goals, plans and game answers.
• Your Couples feed posts, comments, hearts and saves.
• Your call history, notification tokens and settings.

Everything is erased within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. We keep a small amount of information when the law requires it or to handle legal claims, such as records of which terms you agreed to, payment records and safety reports.

Your partner

Deleting your account unlinks you. Your partner keeps their own account. What you shared in your couple space stays readable to them for 30 days, then it's removed. Anything they already saved or screenshotted is theirs.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
